Heartfelt Hope was founded in loving memory of Charles Nestor, a dedicated advocate for health and safety. Initially established to raise awareness about broken heart syndrome and educate the public on the risks of hospital-administered drugs like fentanyl—which can tragically stop the heart if dosed improperly or used without proper medical need—we've evolved to provide accessible, wellness services focused on comprehensive health and education. We firmly believe that empowered knowledge and nurturing, whole-body care can prevent needless suffering and foster vibrant, healthier lives.
Charlie's deep passion included supporting the D.A.R.E. program to protect children from the dangers of drugs. His own hospital ordeal was a profound hardship for him and his family, and we're committed to ensuring no one else endures such pain. At our core, we know that love holds the extraordinary power to mend wounds, release regrets, and heal the heart.
Grief is another form of holding on.
There are moments when letting go
feels like betrayal.
When someone you loved is no longer here, releasing your grip on the pain may feel like releasing your connection to them.
Peace does not ask you to forget,
it asks you to Love differently.
Not through suffering, but through memory held with softness to honor what was.
Not by constantly morning, but by living in a way that reflects the love they gave.
When the past involves loss, the way forward is not to erase, but to integrate.
To carry the essence, but not the ache.
To transform the memory into a seed of growth, not a chain of sorrow.
